Ready-Made AI Systems

Finished foundations. Configured for your company.

Not every business needs a six-month software project. Ready-Made Systems provide focused AI capabilities that can be configured and deployed quickly — especially useful for small businesses, SMEs, teams, consultancies and startups.

Questions

Before you buy.

How much does a ready-made system cost?

Ready-made systems start at $790 one-time for the AI Meeting System, $990 for the AI Inbox System, AI SOP Builder and AI Document Extractor, and $1,490 for the Company Knowledge Assistant, AI Proposal System, AI Lead Intelligence System and AI Reporting System. Prices are configured per currency.

How fast can a ready-made system be deployed?

Most ready-made systems deploy in 1–2 weeks; the AI Proposal System and AI Reporting System take 1–3 weeks. Deployment includes configuration to your environment, so knowledge sources, integrations, access model and escalation rules are set up before handover rather than left to your team.

What is the difference between ready-made systems and custom engineering?

Ready-made systems are focused capabilities starting at $790, deployed in one to three weeks. Productized systems start at $5,000 and run three to ten weeks. Custom AI systems engineering starts at $15,000 and typically runs six to twenty weeks for problems no existing product solves.

What do we need to prepare before implementation?

Each system lists its own requirements. The Company Knowledge Assistant needs your knowledge sources and who may see what, an access model per role, and a named owner for answer quality. The AI Document Extractor needs a sample set of real documents — 5–20 files is enough to start.

Next step

Need something these systems dont cover?

Productized architectures cover broader departments; custom engineering covers the problems nobody has solved.
