1. Website use
Content on arvanord.io is provided for information. Technical descriptions, capability statements, architecture examples and prices shown do not constitute a binding offer; engagements are governed by individual written agreements.
You may read, quote and link to this site. You may not present our material as your own, or use our name to suggest a partnership, endorsement or certification that does not exist.
2. Orders and implementation
Checkout flows on this site create order and implementation requests. Scope, timeline and price are confirmed in writing before implementation begins. Where a listing states a starting price, the final scope defines the final price.
Nothing is delivered and nothing is charged until that confirmation exists. If we conclude that a requested system should not be built — because the workflow is wrong for it, the data is not there, or the risk is not worth it — we will say so rather than take the work.
3. Academy programs
Arvanord Academy programs are professional education delivered online and self-paced. Access is granted for the individual who holds it, with lifetime access to the program and its future updates unless the program is discontinued.
Programs marked Early Access or Coming Soon take no payment: a reservation records your place and your price, and you are invited when the program opens. Where a price is displayed for such a program it is the price that will apply to your reservation.
If you are dissatisfied with a program, write to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund it.
4. Credentials
Certificates of Completion issued by Arvanord record that a program was completed and the assessment passed. Each carries a unique credential ID that resolves on our public verification page.
A certificate is not an accredited degree, professional licence or government certification, and we make no claim that it is. It is a record of completed work, verifiable by anyone you give the ID to.
5. Benchmark and case-study figures
Performance figures published from engineering benchmarks are reported under their original methodologies and apply to the specific projects described, with client details anonymised where required. They are not guarantees of results in other environments — outcome depends on the workflow, the source data and the people operating the system.
6. Third-party platforms
References to Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam and other platforms describe engineering experience and integration capability. No vendor partnership, sponsorship or certification is claimed or implied unless stated explicitly.
7. Intellectual property
Site content, Academy materials and documentation are the property of Arvanord unless stated otherwise. Custom systems delivered to clients, and the rights in them, are governed by the applicable engagement agreement.
8. Liability
We deliver systems to a documented standard and we stand behind that work; the engagement agreement sets out what that means for each project. Beyond what that agreement provides, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss arising from data or workflows you supply.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law and changes
Engagements are governed by the law and forum stated in the individual agreement. These terms may be updated as our services change; the date below records the last revision.
