Tell us how the work actually happens.
This is a qualification form, not a contact box. The more precisely you describe the workflow, the more useful our first reply will be.

System brief
What should the system accomplish?
Fields marked with the essentials only — everything you add beyond them makes the first reply more concrete.
What happens next
An engineer reads the brief, asks any clarifying questions, and proposes either a discovery conversation or an honest “this is not worth building”.
What we will not do
Send you an automated nurture sequence, quote from a template, or pretend a workflow is simpler than it is.
What we need from you
Access to how the work really happens — including the exceptions and workarounds.
Questions
Answered plainly.
- What happens after I submit a system brief?
- A submitted system brief is read by an engineer, who asks clarifying questions and proposes either a discovery conversation or an honest answer that the work is not worth building. Response is typically within 1 business day, and no automated nurture sequence follows.
- What does Arvanord need from us to start?
- The Forge Method runs 7 stages: Discover, Map, Architect, Forge, Validate, Deploy, Evolve. It starts with access to how the work really happens, including exceptions and workarounds, then defines inputs, decisions, exceptions and outputs before any architecture is designed and built.
- How quickly will we hear back?
- Arvanord replies to submitted system briefs typically within 1 business day, and every brief is read by an engineer rather than routed through an automated sequence. System briefs go to systems@arvanord.io; general enquiries go to hello@arvanord.io. Arvanord works from the Nordics with clients globally.
- Is the contact form a sales form?
- The contact page is a qualification form rather than a contact box: the more precisely the workflow is described, the more useful the first reply will be. The Forge Method's 7 stages begin with discovery, and work is not quoted from a template.
